Technical Service Manager, Technical Support Enginner

Description of the Position

The role is to provide technical support and troubleshooting advice for solar inverter and battery storage systems, to distributors, installers, and end users around Australia.

This is a pure technical-based customer service / technical support position with occasional national travel required.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to solve any technical issues efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide phone and email-based technical support, problem-solving, and troubleshooting support for distributors, installers, and end users (prioritize based on time zone)

• Warranty claims processing, generating cases via CRM to track and resolve customer inquiries, answering technical product inquiries

• Liaise with service, sales, R&D, and repair centre departments to ensure cases are dealt with efficiently

Skills and experience required:

• Relevant qualification in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, or

renewable energy equivalent Ability to handle high-volume phone calls and emails.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – particularly verbal

communication skills that will allow quick troubleshooting over the phone by getting to the root of the issue quickly and diffusing high-pressure scenarios such as frustrated customers.

• Good organisational skills

• Good technical understanding of Solar PV and electronics. The ability to prioritize and problem solve

• Eagerness to support all team members

• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Solutions based mindset

Sales(Solar/PV Industry)-Australia

1. Carry out sales work according to the company and department sales tasks, and complete various sales indicators;

2. Analyze the existing market and customers, discover the potential needs of customers, guide the existing needs of relevant customers, and achieve sales goals;

3. Responsible for business negotiation with customers, establish customer relationships, and improve contract volume and profit margins;

4. Responsible for coordinating various internal and external resources, solving problems in the process of project implementation, and improving customer satisfaction;

5. Through customer return visits, understand customer needs and potential needs to improve customer satisfaction and promote customer secondary development;

6. Other work items assigned by superior leaders.


1. Fluent in both Chinese and English, Australian green card holders are preferred;

2.Have 1-2 years of sales experience, like to sell, love to sell. Engineering majors are preferred;

3. Cheerful personality, courage to challenge, strong resistance to pressure, hard-working, able to visit customers with high intensity;

Service Engineer



1. Responsible for the products' technical in Brazil. Fast response &quick fix to custome's request, travel for field service when it is required.
2. Instucting installer for installation of the product, monitoring, maintance, etc.
3. Sorting&translating technical documents. Summarizing competitor's product and service information, and feedback to HQ for improvement.
4. Customer training. Train retailer, installer, etc for the product&warranty procedure, etc.

1. Electronic, electronic related subjects graduate preferred. Electronic job related experience preferred.
2. Fluent in Portuguese, English or Chinese writing for internal communication.
3. Skilled in office word, office Excel.
4. Active, conscientious, strong responsibility feeling in working, honest, good communication.

1, New customer development: responsible for photovoltaic distributors and installers in their own area. Introduce our company's strength and products to customers, 

so that our company can successfully become a new inverter supplier for customers;

2, Existing customer maintenance: make regular visits to existing customers, promote our company's new products, understand customers' purchasing plans, Organize after-sales and market personnel to provide product training and explanation to customers. Complete sales tasks;

3,Learn about other inverter manufacturers used by customers: product information, price, inventory. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of your competitors.
