Starting October 1, 2024, all grid-connected inverters in Victoria must support dynamic grid connections. Growatt Inverters are at the forefront of this transition, ensuring compliance with the new standards set by Victoria's major Distribution Network Service Providers (DNSPs). These DNSPs are categorized into three groups based on their server and standard requirements: United Energy, Powercor, and CitiPower share the CSIP-AUS server; AusNet operates independently; and Jemena forms the third group.
In line with our dedication to reducing installation costs, Growatt inverters (excluding off-grid models) now feature built-in dynamic grid connection capabilities. This eliminates the need for additional hardware, except for a smart meter or CT, to enable dynamic export limit control.
Growatt has successfully completed initial dynamic grid connection testing with United Energy, Powercor, and CitiPower. Our inverters are included in the approved lists available at the following links:

Today, in collaboration with Jemena, all Growatt inverters have successfully passed Jemena’s dynamic export limit testing and will soon be listed on Jemena’s approved inverter list. Additionally, Growatt has completed Jemena’s operation and primacy tests, making it the second manufacturer to finalize this testing process.Testing with AusNet for flexible export limits is scheduled for later this month.
