1.Australian residents

2.Growatt system owners and homeowners

3.Australian installers and installation professionals

4.licensed electricians

5.Growatt distributors and channel partners

6.KOLs, KOCs and original content creators

7.eligible Australian registered businesses or commercial entities.

This means you do not need to be a professional content creator to participate.

If you are a homeowner with a Growatt system, an installer proud of a recent project, or a distributor with an interesting Growatt event or customer story, you can submit eligible content.

What Kind of Growatt Story Can You Share?

There are many ways to participate. For example, you could share a solar or battery installation, your experience as a Growatt system owner, an installer project story, or an event, training, or industry moment.

How to Join the Growatt Australia Ambassador Campaign

Step 1: Create Your Story

Take at least three eligible original photos or create an original video of at least 15 seconds.

Your content should clearly relate to a genuine Growatt product, installation, project, event, application or user experience.

Step 2: Post It Publicly on Social Media

Publish your content on at least one of the eligible platforms:

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or Rednote.

You can share the same eligible content across up to three platforms to access additional multi-platform rewards.

Step 3: Include the Campaign Disclosure

Each submitted social media post must clearly disclose your relationship with the campaign.

Recommended disclosure:

“This post is part of the Growatt Australia Ambassador Campaign. I may receive a reward if this post meets the campaign requirements. #ad”

For video content, the campaign relationship should also be disclosed visually in the video and, where reasonably practicable, verbally.

Step 4: Submit the Campaign Form

After publishing your content, complete the official Growatt Australia Ambassador Campaign submission form and provide the required social media links and verification information.

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdcoLLHD-6dbSzxL1_1eIc1k2NF54O80FhP3W3GqXa442wz5w/viewform

Both your public social media post and your completed submission form must be submitted before the campaign closes.

How Long Does the Social Media Post Need to Stay Public?

Each submitted campaign post must remain publicly accessible for at least 30 consecutive days from the date it is published.

Private posts, friends-only content, private groups, temporary Stories or other content that Growatt cannot reasonably verify are not eligible.

If a submitted post is deleted, hidden or made private before the required 30-day period is completed, the associated reward may be rejected or recalculated.

Do Growatt Products Need to Be Verified?

For installation and homeowner submissions, Growatt may request information such as:

  • Growatt inverter serial number;

  • a clear barcode-label photo showing the serial number;

  • product model;

  • project date; and

  • state or city.

The complete serial number and barcode-label verification photo are used for internal verification purposes and should not be publicly displayed in your campaign post.

For distributor events, training, stock or other situations where a serial number is not appropriate, Growatt may accept other reasonable verification materials.

Important Content and Electrical Safety Requirements

Safety comes first.

Campaign content must not show, encourage or promote:

  • unlicensed electrical work;

  • work on live electrical equipment;

  • bypassing required isolation procedures;

  • removal or disabling of safety devices; or

  • unauthorised installation or modification of inverters, batteries or other electrical equipment.

Participants should never enter unsafe or restricted areas, interfere with electrical workers or create unsafe situations simply to produce campaign content.

Content must also be accurate and must not include unsupported claims relating to areas such as energy savings, return on investment, backup duration, battery capacity, warranties, government rebates, STCs or environmental benefits.

When Will Campaign Rewards Be Issued?

Submitting an entry does not automatically guarantee a reward.

Growatt will verify eligible submissions against the campaign requirements, including originality, public availability, content requirements, disclosure requirements and other applicable campaign conditions.

The campaign reward pool is capped at AUD $100,000, and reward priority is based on the timestamp of the participant's complete and valid campaign submission.

Growatt will generally endeavour to complete the final campaign review within 14 business days after the applicable 30-day public verification period has been completed.

Approved Coles eGift Cards will normally be issued to the email address provided in the campaign form within 14 business days following final approval.
